I.H. – Interpretation and Conflict with Board Policies and Procedures – 12-2008

1. Interpretation

1. Should a question of interpretation arise concerning any policy or procedure established by the Board, a written request should be made of the executive director for an interpretation.
2. The executive director may issue memoranda of clarification to holders of Board Governing Policies and Procedures in response to questions of interpretation.

2. Conflict with Board Governing Policies and Procedures.

If there is a conflict between an existing Board Governing Policy or Procedure and an institutional or agency policy or procedure, the Board Governing Policies and Procedures will apply.
