Public Rules Hearing Testimony Request Form

The Idaho State Board of Education is committed to transparency and values input from the public. public testimony provides an opportunity for individuals to share comments with the Board during regular meetings.

Each speaker is typically allotted up to three (3) minutes. Depending on the number of requests or the number of individuals wishing to speak on the same topic, time limits may be adjusted, or speakers may be asked to designate a representative.

Public Testimony is intended for general public comment and is not used for personnel matters, individual complaints, or partisan political issues. Speakers will be called during the meeting and asked to state their name and, if applicable, the organization they represent.
