Literacy Intervention Tools

The Literacy Tools RFP Process allows vendors to submit a proposal to demonstrate that their computer-based, K-3 literacy intervention product(s) are aligned to Idaho statute and the Idaho Comprehensive Literacy Plan. Vendors who meet applicable criteria are posted on the Approved Vendor List.

RFP and Guidance Documents

The Literacy Intervention Tools RFP process is open and allows vendors to submit proposals on a rolling basis. Before submitting a proposal, vendors must confirm eligibility by contacting Alison Henken at ahenken@edu.idaho.gov. Timelines for reviews will be established on an as needed basis, after at least one vendor notifies OSBE staff of their intention to submit a RFP response. Since many of the experts who review responses are educators, all review timelines will be developed to accommodate reviewers’ schedules.
