Temporary, Proposed, and Pending Administrative Rules

Administrative Rules have the force and effect of law and as such are subject to a comprehensive process that includes review and approval by the Idaho Legislature in order to become final and enforceable.

The Idaho Administrative Code is a compilation of all administrative rules that are currently in effect and fully enforceable. Education Rules fall under IDAPA 08 Administrative Rules. An Index of Current Proposed Rules is also available.
