ISEE Idaho System for Educational Excellence

The Idaho System for Educational Excellence (ISEE) is Idaho’s K-12 Longitudinal Data System, which supports budgeting processes, data submissions, and delivers information to educational stakeholders to create data-driven decisions.
District / Charter School Planning

Each year by October 1, school districts and charter schools must update their Continuous Improvement Plan, post it on their website, and submit it via e-mail to plans@osbe.idaho.gov.
K-12 Accountability

Accountability in the K-12 school system is focused on holding school districts, schools, and educators responsible for student results. To ensure our high school graduates are well-prepared for higher education and the workforce, the Idaho State Board of Education sets high expectations for our schools and students.
Educator Effectiveness

The purpose of the Educator Effectiveness program is to support and facilitate the State Board of Education’s governance of Idaho’s public K-20 school system. The primary focus of the program is to work with issues related to the quality and effectiveness of the educators in the state’s public K-12 school system, including preparation of educators at the postsecondary level.
Advanced Opportunities for High School Academics

There are several opportunities for students at Idaho secondary schools to earn college credit for education completed while still enrolled in the secondary school system.
Concussion Policy

In 2012, the Idaho State Legislature revised the youth athlete concussion law that define guidelines and requirements as they pertain to concussion and head injury in youth athletes.
