Council on Academic Affairs and Programs

The Council on Academic Affairs and Programs (CAAP) is a working group for the Instruction, Research, and Student Affairs (IRSA) Committee. CAAP makes recommendations to IRSA on instructional programmatic matters, student affairs, and related policy issues. This group is primarily comprised of the Board’s Chief Academic Officer and the chief academic officers of the institutions and agencies.
