Operating Procedures for Idaho Public Driver Education Programs

IDAPA 08.02.02.004 PUBLIC DRIVER EDUCATION All Idaho public Driver Education programs operated by a public school district comply with the requirements in this document. Sections one (1) through six (6) only apply to those programs that public school districts operate directly and do not apply to any public school district that contract with a private driving business licensed by the Idaho Bureau of Occupational Licensing. Section seven (7) only applies to public school districts that contract with private driving businesses licensed by the Idaho Driving Businesses Licensure Board.
